As a New Yorker I only discovered the Cage three years ago and fell in love. With a diverse array of patrons and theme nights there is always something fun to do, someone new or old to see, and people who know your name. It is like a big gay family. I know and love many of the people there that make it so special!
There is something magic about the cage and none of the other bars in the tri state (of the many I have been to) have it.
At the cage you can make friends, find a lover, catch a drag show, dance or sing karaoke.
Come as you are and enjoy for a while!

I went by on a Saturday night and they said they were closed and it was only 2:15 with a full bar even though the hours are til 3. guess I just wasn't welcome even though I've been a regular for over 5 years, bad business cage ......
