Know when to cut off the booze, Jun 18, 2009

I patronized Phase 1 for many years.I know that many patrons were served way beyond their limit.I personally know of 2 instances that a patron left this bar and had an accident.I no longer frequent this bar but I hope that management has a good handle on watching for inebriated patrons.
